Heather Hart

Bio - I started teaching piano in 1999 at Studio K in Geneva with my mentor and friend David Kellen. I taught part time both small group and one-on-one lessons to supplement my public school income from 1999 to 2015 when I decided to leave public ed, homeschool my two youngest children, and open a full-time studio.

Education and Performance - I have a BA in Elementary Education and two masters degrees in education as well. Formal training in music includes four semesters of music theory as well as training in both classical piano and jazz piano at the college level. I can sometimes be found behind the piano at St. Rita church in Aurora playing for a 10:15 mass and I love serving others by playing and singing for them.
